How the Program Works

Step 1 - Send a Quote

Provide us with a school supply list for each grade and we will give you a quote. Your quote is a mock up of the order form.


Step 2 - Review the Quote

Review the quote.  If necessary, make changes directly on the order form.


Step 3 - Approve the Revisions

Approve the revisions to the order form and provide us with the quantity of forms required for each grade.


Step 4 - Distribute Order Forms

We will then provide you with the printed order forms to distribute to students (no photocopying required). After the due date has come and gone, we will arrange to have the completed order forms picked up.


Step 5 - Choose Delivery Time

You choose a delivery time in either late June or late August. Supplies are then delivered individually labelled with the students’ names in easy to carry boxes.  These are sorted by grade level to make distribution effortless.
